Welcome to Piranha Nightclub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Piranha Nightclub's premises, services, and website (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our venue, purchasing admission, reserving a table, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age & ID Requirements

Piranha Nightclub is a 21+ venue. All guests must present a valid, government-issued photo ID upon entry.
We do not accept:

  • Expired IDs

  • Photocopies or digital images of IDs

  • Student IDs or birth certificates

Entry will be denied without valid ID, and no refunds will be issued.

2. Admission & Cover Charges

  • Cover charges apply on weekends, holidays, and during special events.

  • Pre-sale tickets and table reservation deposits are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by the venue.

  • Admission may be refused at the discretion of management.

Guests are responsible for verifying event schedules, dress code, and arrival time requirements.

3. Bottle Service & VIP Reservations

Table service is subject to a minimum spend, based on party size and table selection. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation.

  • Complimentary admission is provided for a set number of guests per table.

  • Additional guests must purchase admission at the door.

  • Minimum spend increases per additional guest

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Guest Conduct & Prohibited Behavior

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, performers, and other patrons. We reserve the right to remove anyone exhibiting:

  • Harassment or aggressive behavior

  • Excessive intoxication

  • Hate speech or discrimination of any kind

  • Unauthorized filming or photography of performers or staff

Drugs, weapons, and outside beverages are strictly prohibited.

5. Media, Photography & Publicity

By entering Piranha Nightclub, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and livestreaming may occur. You grant Piranha Nightclub the right to use your likeness in marketing, promotional materials, and social media without compensation.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional content, please notify a manager at entry.

6. Risk & Liability Waiver

Nightlife environments carry inherent risks, including loud music, strobe lighting, alcohol consumption, and physical movement (e.g. dancing). By entering our venue, you voluntarily assume these risks and release Piranha Nightclub and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.

Please drink responsibly and arrange safe transportation (e.g., rideshare).

7. Lost Items

Piranha Nightclub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Found items may be retrieved by contacting staff or emailing info@piranhavegas.com. Items left unclaimed after 7 days may be discarded.

8. Website & Digital Content

Use of our website (www.piranhavegas.com) is subject to these Terms. You may not:

  • Scrape or copy content

  • Impersonate others when submitting contact forms

  • Distribute false or harmful content via our platform

9. Event Changes & Cancellations

Piranha Nightclub reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or reschedule events

  • Change show lineups without prior notice

  • Adjust operating hours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., safety, weather, private bookings)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of major changes.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at www.piranhavegas.com/terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
